We understand many of our customers purchased sofas with our lifetime frame guarantee. This guarantee was provided and backed solely by Keep Sofa Limited. As we are in the process of closing our business, we will no longer be able to accept or process guarantee claims after October 21st 2025.

The lifetime frame guarantee covers against faults to the frame of your sofa only, including loose joints and timber breakage.

Although frame faults are very rare, If you do have a concern or issue with a recent purchase made before our closure, please contact us at hello@keepsofa.com before October 21st 2025. After this time, the business will be formally dissolved and unable to support further claims.

As we have ceased trading unfortunately we no longer offer replacement covers for our sofas. Our sofas can be reupholstered by trained professionals should you wish to extend the life of your sofa in the future.
