Where can I see your sofas?
Our new London showroom is now open.
Visit us to perform your very own comfort test on our Soulmate and Soulmate Luxe sofas and to explore our beautiful range of fabrics.

Where can I see your fabrics?
We offer a free swatch service, where you can select up to 5 fabrics which will usually arrive with you within 2-3 working days.
Alternatively visit our London Showroom for free swatches and to see larger fabric lengths.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Do you offer Interest Free Credit?
Unfortunately we do not offer interest free credit currently.
How Can I Track My Order?
For in-stock items, once we have your order, you will be contacted by our logistics partner via SMS to arrange a delivery date.
For made to order items, once your item has been manufactured and delivered into our warehouse, you will be contacted by our logistics partner via SMS to arrange a delivery date.
The day before your agreed delivery, you will be given a 3 hour time slot, which will be updated on the morning of your delivery. Our delivery partner will also call 20 mins before they arrive with your sofa.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can amend or cancel your order up to 2 working days prior to your agreed delivery date. Please contact us here.
We accept returns up to 30 days after you have received delivery of your item.

How Long Does A Sofa Take To Arrive?
In-stock sofas will usually arrive within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.
Made to order sofas will be delivered within 8-10 weeks of placing your order.
How is my sofa delivered?

For made to order items, once your item has been manufactured and delivered into our warehouse, you will be contacted by our logistics partner via SMS to arrange a delivery date.

Your sofa will be a 2 person delivery and will be delivered to your room of choice.
Unless your property has a lift, our delivery drivers will only be able to deliver to the 3rd floor.
How can I check that my sofa will fit?
All of our sofas are modular, with the largest parcel being 104 x 104 x 70cm. Please check that this will fit through all door frames and stairwells if needed.

Am I able to reschedule my delivery date?
Yes, you can amend your delivery date up to 2 working days prior to your agreed delivery date. Please contact us here.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?
We are unable to deliver outside of Mainland UK.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland and the following postcodes DT5, HS1+, IV40+, KW16+, PA20+, PH41+, ZE2
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my sofa?
Ordering a sofa is a big decision, and we want to ensure that you're completely happy, so for all products listed on our website we offer free 30 days returns. That mean you can request a return for your new sofa no questions asked within 30 days form the date of your delivery. To be eligible for a refund your items must be unused, in perfect condition and complete in original packaging.
Our replacement sofa covers cannot be returned once fitted by our technicians to your sofa
To start a return, you can contact us and we will arrange for our delivery partner to arrange a collection date with you.

What if something isn't right with my delivery?
If something is not quite right with your delivery, please contact us.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will then be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days should your item meet our policy guidelines above.
Can I return my order outside the 30 day return period?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns outside of the 30 day returns period, unless your item is faulty.
Aftercare
What product guarantees do you offer?
All of our sofas come with a lifetime guarantee which covers against faults to the frame of your sofa, including:
-Loose joints
-Timber breakage
-Spring rails breakage
Our cushions have also been tested to a 10 year impact test.
How do I care for my sofa?

Do you offer replacement covers?
Yes you are able to buy a full set of replacement covers for your sofa.
Replacement covers are fitted by our partner Emmeria free of charge in your home. If you wish to change your covers back at any time to an old set of covers, this will be chargeable and will need to be booked in with Emmeria by us, please contact us to arrange.
